Interactive Maps of Holt Hall

For those who get lost in the mazes of Holt Hall, help is now available on the Web from interactive maps provided by College of Natural Sciences and designed by Web Services. The maps enable users to click on a lab, or faculty or staff name, and see the lab or office location highlighted on the map. Holt maps can be found at www.csuchico.edu/nsci/maps/holt/index.html. If you are planning a visit to the Physical Science building, not Holt, don’t despair, an interactive map of that building is coming soon.

Ever wanted to jump off those green poles behind Yolo Hall? Look into SALTO!, the service-learning arm of Chico State’s Outdoor Education program, which offers student-led challenge courses, team building, and indoor climbing to campus and community groups. SALTO! (which means “jump” in Spanish) provides the chance to exercise your courage and problem-solving skills high above the ground on the newly upgraded challenge ropes course. For more information, contact Diana Capan, student coordinator, x5462.
