Best of Chico State

The recently launched the Best of Chico State Web page is the place to visit to be reminded about what is great about Chico State. Find the Best of Chico State, “a selection of programs and people that make Chico State outstanding,” at www.csuchico.edu/pa/bestofcsuchico.

New Videos Launched on CSU, Chico Web Site

Two kinds of videos focused on students are now available on the CSU, Chico Web site. A link from the Public Affairs and Publications News & Achievements page takes viewers to videos of community service learning projects at CSU, Chico and across the CSU. They capture “how community-based learning is empowering communities and transforming education” by highlighting programs such as CSU, Chico students and faculty visiting a veteran’s hall in Yountville. Find the link at www.csuchico.edu/pa.

The Office of Admissions has recently launched, after months of work and hours of filming, the 360 Degree video page that allows prospective and admitted students to get a “feel” for the University and its colleges. The videos serve as “movie trailers” for each college. The 360 Degree videos can be found by going to the Admissions Web site at www.csuchico.edu/admissions and clicking on the 360 Degree logo box in the banner.
