Razzle Dazzle Ballroom

This year’s Ballroom Dance Night will take place Wed., May 6, from 7 to 10 pm in Shurmer Gym. Tickets are sold at the door for $7 for community members, $6 for students. “Even if you cannot dance, come watch the dancers twirl, turn, and float around the gym dance floor,” says Professor Patricia Smiley, director of the CSU, Chico Ballroom Dance program.

Relay for Life April 25 and 26

For the seventh year, a team of 25 CSU, Chico staff members will participate in the 24-hour Relay for Life. Please visit the relay at the Pleasant Valley High track and witness or walk in the survivors walk, and see the thousands of candles light up the stadium in honor of those who have battled cancer. Staff and Faculty Art Exhibition

A non-juried exhibition of current and retired CSU, Chico faculty and staff artwork will be displayed April 2 through May 22 in Kendall Hall. The opening reception is April 15 from 4 pm to 5:30 pm.
