Bronze Medal for Whitney Chef!Aric Snow, chef at Whitney Hall, recently competed at the Regional National College and University Food Services (NACUFS) Chef’s Challenge in Santa Barbara and won a Bronze Medal. “He competed against some very formidable foes,” reported his supervisor Patrick Brockman, Associated Students Food Services, who traveled to the competition with him. This is the first time Chico has entered, which makes the win especially sweet. Snow prepared “Rheine River inspired Rainbow Trout,” with a Riesling beurre blanc sauce.
