AS.Bookstore Open for Business

The new A.S. Bookstore opened on February 14. The bookstore has over 35,000 square feet of space, compared to 10,000 in the former "Book Cellar." One popular feature is the brand new convenience store, the Union Express. "The Union Express is doing a phenomenal business‹over $2,000 a day since opening," said Ron Johnson, director. "Since we must pay for the new building entirely through profits, this is very good news." (photo KM)
