Angela Davis to Keynote Women's Conference

Political activist, professor, and author Angela Davis will be the keynote speaker for the third annual Women's Studies Conference hosted by the Chico State Women's Center. Davis will speak at Laxson Auditorium on Friday, April 20, 7:30 p.m.
The April 20, 21, and 22 conference, "Complicating the Cage: Challenging, Revisioning, and Transforming Women and Institutions," is open to everyone. Registration information is available at 898 - 5724. Registration for the conference is $25, which includes admission to the Angela Davis speech, all workshops, and four meals.
Tickets just for Angela Davis are $8 students/$12 general and are available through the University Box Office at 898 - 6333.
