CORRECTION

In the story “Penalty Flag Down on Do-Rags” on page 1 in the Dec. 13, 2001 edition of Inside Chico State, Vernon Andrews wishes to make two corrections. He was erroneously credited with being a “World Cup Rugby player.” He covered the World Cup. Also, the writer stated that Andrews said, “It is common practice to have one’s nails manicured [in the NFL].” More correctly, Andrews observed that several Atlanta Falcons players had their nails done at a teammate’s business. He does not want to generalize that observation to all professional football players.
