Homecoming in the Computer Age
E-mail List Brings Parents to Campus These parents were among the 1,200 parents and students who attended the Parents' Barbecue on Kendall lawn on Saturday, October 12 (700 attended last year). The second A.S. Academic Faire took place on the perimeter of the lawn during the barbecue. The office of Alumni and Parent Relations established an e-mail list early this year, taking names and addresses beginning on Moving-In Day in August. The computer connection is working. Parents like it and responded to the online homecoming invitation by showing up in unprecedented numbers.
