Halloween 2002
Rick Rees, associate director of Student Activities, provided the following report.
The much-publicized new plan for this year's Halloween appears to have stemmed the growing violence and excesses of years past. Nearly all observers and law enforcement personnel agree that the crowd was smaller, calmer, and much less violent. Several university Student Affairs and other personnel walked the area, as did President Esteban.
