Joanne Allred, English, will read from her new book of poems, Particulate (Bear Star Press, March 2003), Thursday, March 6 at 7:30 pm in University Center 109.

“Something of Elizabeth Bishop’s keen eye, engaging voice, and faithful generosity has found a likely lodging, a lush dwelling here in these poems of place and person.
