Life in Chico 2003 CD-ROM

Life in Chico 2003 CD-ROM (for Windows PC) is on sale in the A.S. Bookstore. The two-disc CD-ROM set is a photo essay of life in Chico compiled and produced by Mark Tomita, Health and Community Services. There are more than 1,100 photos, arranged in nearly three dozen computer slide shows and screensavers.

Slide shows and screensavers include Bidwell Mansion and Park, City of Chico, vintage vehicles, Fourth of July, Thursday and Saturday Markets, downtown Chico, CSU, Chico, Wall Art in Chico, Chico Unified School District, and much more. Several video clips are also included on the CD-ROM. It will take a person well over an hour to preview all of the slide shows and screensavers.

The College of Behavioral and Social Sciences, Department of Health and Community Services, and the Advising and Orientation Program funded the CD-ROM project. For more information, contact Tomita at x4417.
