Costumes Take Center Stage

Costume for the Stage: A Retrospective presents an opportunity to appreciate the detail, crafting, and beauty of the costumes designed and built by the Department of Theatre Arts costume shop for theatre productions of the past 15 years. Sandra Barton, curator of the show, is the costume shop manager and has been a costumier at CSU, Chico for 16 years. A reception with Barton and strolling costume fashions will be held Dec. 9 from 5 to 7 pm in the Humanities Center Gallery in Trinity Hall. The show runs through Dec. 18.
