Alice Dances in Wonderland
lThe Adventures of Alice in Wonderland is an original ballet adaptation of Lewis Carroll's book. The show runs Feb. 20–22 in Laxson Auditorium and will be danced by the junior and senior company of the Chico Community Ballet. Catherine Sullivan, director of the Janet Turner Print Museum, directs. The set features a zany wonderland, including an gigantic looking glass, tiny doors, and huge tables. Many of Carroll's characters make appearances, including the dominating Queen of Hearts, the wacky Mad Hatter, the sleepy Dormouse, and the wild March Hare.
