Staff Council Scholarship Presented to Susan Bolton Susan Bolton, who works in Special Collections in the Meriam Library, was selected to receive the 2004 Staff Council Funded Scholarship. The scholarship for $250 is given to help further a staff employeeŐs education. Bolton is in the second year of a masterŐs degree in public administration. She plans to use her degree in an administrative capacity in the education or health fields. She moved to the Chico area in the summer of 2002 from Southern California. Bolton is working under a grant to catalog historical photographs that relate to the Dorothy Hill Collection. Hill gathered the collection during her many years researching and interviewing Native Americans of Northern California. ŇI feel fortunate to be chosen to receive the scholarship. It will be a great help in covering expenses for the semester. I also feel fortunate to be a student and employee at the university. I really enjoy the campus and all that it offers,Ó said Bolton.}
