Ed Abramson, Psychology, is quoted in the Aug. 24, 2003, New York Times article "Rest the Tummy, Restore the Soul" about fasting, and in an article about holiday eating in the Dec. 2003 issue of Shape magazine. He is also quoted in the Feb. 2004 issue of Self magazine's article "Diet Danger Zones."

Ed Bronson, professor emeritus, Political Science, is featured in a Feb. 27, 2004, San Mateo Times article about jury selection in the Scott Peterson case. He is also quoted in a Jan. 10 article in the Ventura County Star about CSU, Stanislaus criminal justice students who allegedly falsified telephone survey data that played a role in a judge's decision to move the trial out of Modesto. Bronson is an expert on juries and change of venue, and he frequently testifies at trials.

Sam Edelman, Center for International Studies, is quoted in a Jan. 30, 2004, article in the San Francisco Jewish Bulletin about Holocaust education in California high schools. Edelman directs the State of California Center for Excellence on the Study of the Holocaust, Genocide, Human Rights, and Tolerance.

Kathy Fernandes, Instructional Media Center, is quoted in the article "California State System Expands WebCT Relationship," published in the Dec. 3, 2003, issue of Syllabus CMS Review.

Troy Jollimore, Philosophy, had a review of Karen Armstrong's The Spiral Staircase: My Climb out of Darkness published in the March 14, 2004, Book Review section of the San Francisco Chronicle.

Janja Lalich, Sociology, contributed a section to the article "Leading by Feel" that appears in the Jan. 2004 issue of Harvard Business Review. A cult expert, she is also quoted in a March 15, 2004, article in the San Francisco Chronicle about the murders of nine people in Fresno.

Greg White, Archaeological Research Program, is quoted in a Jan. 25, 2004, article in Pinole's The Sunday Times and a Jan. 23 article in the Sacramento Bee about stalled efforts to excavate a Chinese ship believed to be buried in a Glenn County walnut orchard.

CSU, Chico's Janet Turner Print Museum and University Art Gallery are mentioned in the winter 2004 issue of SkyWest Magazine.
