Organic Food Conference and Slow Food Dinner
The 2nd Annual Organic Farming and Food Conference will be held
Feb. 23 in Bell Memorial Union 210 from 8:30 am–5 pm. A Slow
Food Dinner will follow the conference at 6 pm in the California
Park Pavilion. The conference will highlight local food production
and trends, presentations by farmers and ranchers regarding production
challenges, marketing opportunities, and the benefits to consumers
from supporting local farms. For more information and registration
