The Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures hosted its fourth Annual German Day on October 8 to acquaint high school students with the University's German language program. Magda Mueller, FLL, points out that German is the next largest exporter in the world after the U.S. and that speaking German can be an asset in almost any field. Participants learned about overseas study and work opportunities. Activities and workshops were structured in an educational format, which included celebration of the food and dance of Germany.
