Prelude to a Return: Images of Africa Dakota and Jay Sheets and George Thanos detail their first trip to Africa with original art, photographs, curios, and journal entries. Through March 20. 7-9 p.m., BMU, Third Floor Gallery.

Jewish artists and images from the Janet Turner Print Collection and Gallery will be displayed outside of Ayres 120 through March. Catherine Sullivan, curator, JTPG, organized the exhibit with assistants Michelle DeFarra and Josh Wittinghill.
