English M.A. Students Receive Multiple Offers from Top Graduate Schools

Jennifer Sheppard and Kathryn Valentine, May l998 grads from the English M.A. program, and their acceptance letters from the top nine composition programs nationwide: Michigan Tech, Purdue, Miami University, Rennsalaer, Nebraska, University of Arizona, University of Illinois, University of Utah, and Carnegie-Mellon. All offers include tuition, grants, stipends, and opportunities to teach. The winning university? They have decided to go to Michigan Tech, which offered full fellowships.
