Vigil for Women of Afghanistan

Amaera Bay Laurel, Chico State student and Feminist Majority Leadership Alliance (FMLA) member at a march and vigil held September 17 at the downtown Farmers Market. Over two dozen women participated in the event to show support for women in Afghanistan being tortured and repressed by the Taliban militia which took over in 1996.
