Political science professor Chuck Price was quoted in a September 16 Oakland Tribune editorial about the ballot initiative process in California.

History assistant professor Susan Green was featured in an October 11 story in the West Central Tribune in Minnesota about her participation in the Northern Great Plains History Conference in St. Cloud. Green spoke at the session "Chicano History in Minnesota."

Miriam Ma'at-Ka-Re Monges, Sociology and Social Work/Center for Multicultural and Gender Studies, was quoted in The Birmingham News on October 22, as an expert on Egyptian faith in an article titled "Ancient Faith."

Psychology professor Edward Abramson, an expert on eating disorders and weight loss, is quoted in the December issue of Redbook.
