Promotion of Health Faire Continues in April

Join your friends and colleagues on Wednesday, April 14, on the Kendall Hall lawn and learn about your current health status and what you can do to improve it. The Promotion of Health Faire will include opportunities for faculty and staff to receive a body composition assessment, heart disease risk profile, and blood pressure screening. Information on current health issues will be available as well as information regarding the beginning of a Faculty and Staff Fitness Program.

Spring semester groups are “You Don’t Have To Go Home From Work Exhausted: Finding Balance,” Tuesdays, noon–1 pm, Kendall 207; and “Roots and Wings: Parenting Teens,” Wednesdays, noon–1 pm, 25 Main, Suite 202.
