Nutrition Counseling:

One-on-one nutrition counseling sessions with a student intern. It's FREE to Chico State students and sign-ups take place at the WREC front desk.

Play the Wii:

As part of social wellness the WRECfit program now has a Wii! It's FREE for use at the WREC. All games and controllers can be checked out at the front desk. 

Massage Mondays:

Every Monday, from 2pm-5pm, at the WREC come by for FREE walk-up chair massages!!!
