After taking root in 1997, the Chico State Inline Hockey team has had great success with their five trips, most recently in 2010, to the National Collegiate Roller Hockey League (NCRHL) National Championships. The team has not yet won its first national championship, but it is regularly ranked as a top team in California.
With a roster over 25 players, Chico State fields a Division II and a "B" Division team in the Western Collegiate Roller Hockey League (WCRHL). The club practices two days per week at their new on-campus practice facility, the Multi-Activity Court (MAC), inside the state of the art Wildcat Recreation Center (WREC).
