The men’s volleyball club is one of the oldest clubs on campus, first competing intercollegiately in the late 1970s. The team boasts a full schedule in the Northern California Collegiate Volleyball League (NCCVL) and an average home attendance of over 100 per game. The team has repeatedly gone to the National Intramural Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA) Volleyball Sport Club Championships and has come home with three top ten finishes, including the Division I-AA National Championship in 2008!
Join the Club
Step One: For information on joining a specific club, go to the club webpage for contact information for the club president. The president will direct you on what to do for that particular club.
Step Two: For competitive clubs only, complete the sport club member application online through OrgSync. New members: see instructions in the application for completion and proof of Alcohol Edu required for all new members.
Step Three: Clubs determine and set dues for the year. Members pay dues to the club treasurer for deposit to club account. All dues payments must be via check or money order, no cash.
*You are not officially on the roster and not permitted to practice, play, or travel with the club until you appear on the online roster (in OrgSync). Any questions and/or concerns about the status of an application must be directed to the club president and/or treasurer.
