11.30.2005 -Campus Logo Use

If you have a design in which you want to incorporate either the name or a logo of the University, please take it to the President’s Office, Kendall 105, for approval. The University has registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office all its logos and names to protect them from unauthorized use and to insure their proper use. We have an extensive set of license agreements with vendors who use our names and logos. These vendor are not allowed to use the names and logos without approval from the University.

Foundation’s use of the University logo and name needs to be approved by the President’s Office. Please get approval in advance so the Offices of Sponsored Programs and Foundation Administration do not have to hold up your payment request.
