11.30.2005 -Reporting an on the job injury

ATTENTION
All Project Directors of CSU, Chico Research Foundation Employees
NOTE: Please ensure that all supervisors are aware of the information being provided in this notice.

All employees of the CSU, Chico Research Foundation are insured for any on-the-job injury or work-related illness by State Compensation Insurance Fund. All injuries/illnesses must be reported to the CSU, Chico Research Foundation Human Resources office by the supervisor or project director immediately. In addition you are required to conduct quarterly safety meetings. All meetings should be documented following the procedure on our web site. Click on the following link for safety meeting guidelines, forms and reporting procedures. http://www.csuchico.edu/rfdn/Forms.htm.
