11.30.2005 -Save Money on Phone Bills

The following information regarding the charge process for the campus telephone system has been brought to our attention and we want to pass it along to you to help save money on your phone bill.

Any call made on campus (4 digit dialing) does not accrue a usage charge.
Calling campus numbers but using the 898 along with the extension instead of just the extension (4 digit dialing) accrues a charge to your department/project.
Any other type of call will accrue usage charges and the charges are assigned to the department/project.

Please, when making calls to on campus numbers use just the 4 digit extension

All Foundation Project Directors and those authorized to sign on Foundation Accounts receive announcements via email. If you are no longer a project director and would like your name removed or wish to add administrative staff to the list, please reply to this message with appropriate instructions
