3-3-2008 - Foundation Credit Card Terminals Now Available

Credit Card Terminals Now Available:
We now have both Research and University Foundation credit card terminals available for project use in the Foundation Admin office. We are located at 25 Main Suite 203. Attached is a credit card information collection form for use by departments in collecting the important information needed to process a credit card payment.

This service is for projects who need access to a credit card machine to accept payments for Foundation events or fees. When you are ready to process your payments please give the Foundation Admin Office a call at 898-6811 to set up a time when you can process your credit card payments.

Information Collection Form

**When you come to the Foundation Admin office you will need to bring the completed Information Collection forms with you and be prepared to remain at the office until the transactions are completed. The amount of time for this process will be determined by the amount of transactions you will be processing. You will be assisted in the process, but each project will be responsible for the processing of the credit cards and doing the actual deposits.

**For security purposes: please keep all credit card information safe in a sealed envelope when transporting across campus as it is very important that this information is not lost or copied. After the credit cards have been processed the Foundation Admin Office will take care of destroying all credit card information collection forms. You will receive a copy of the credit card receipt and the deposit slip as back up to take back to your department or project.
