5.20.2008 Summer Check Request Schedule

Along with CSU, Chico, the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (RESP) and Foundation Administration will observe summer hours beginning Monday, May 26, 2008. Effective Tuesday, May 27 the Foundation check printing summer schedule will be:

Check requests received before 11:00 a.m. on:
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday will be ready for pickup on the following Tuesday after 12 p.m.

Thursday & Friday will be ready for pickup on the following Thursday after 12 p.m.

All requests for checks on short notice need to be in the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs/Foundation Administration before 8:30 a.m. Please bring urgent checks to the notice of your RESP Assistant or Foundation Administrative staff so they can be processed in a timely manner.

Note:

If the check request requires corrections or adjustments, the issue date may be delayed.

Checks over $5,000 require additional signatures. Please plan for additional time when requesting checks over $5,000.
