Information Technology



The CSU, Chico Research Foundation (RF) is an auxiliary to the California State University at Chico (University). As such, the RF contracts with the University for Information Technology support; including network access, software and hardware acquisitions, e-mail and phone services. The RF complies with the CSU and University policies and security standards.

The RF has an internal Information Technology department (RFIT) that is responsible for providing support to the RF Admin Office, The Office of Reseach and Sponsored Programs, and projects under the RF.

Open A Support Ticket

Research Foundation IT Moving to the ITSS Ticketing System (TeamDynamix)

The CSU, Chico Research Foundation Information Technology Department will be moving to the CSU, Chico ITSS ticketing system, TeamDynamix, for Foundation IT and ONESolution requests. We will begin utilizing the ticketing system effective Monday, November 5, 2018. Between now and November 5th, RF IT will be testing the ticketing process. If you call or email RF IT with an issue or question, the RF IT team will create a ticket through TeamDynamix and you will receive an email referencing the ticket. After November 5th, if you have a Foundation IT or ONESolution need, instead of sending an email or calling the RF IT team, please report your issue via TeamDynamix.

You may also call ITSS directly x4357 and inform the support technician that you have an Research Foundation or ONESolution issue and they will open a ticket that will be forwarded to RF IT.

Below are the steps to create and submit a ticket:

Select: Submit a Request

Select: Request Service

Select: A category from the Service Catalog

Select: Request Service and complete your ticket (on any ticket, please report the Department as Research Foundation)
