CSU, Chico's annual Exemplary Online Instruction (EOI) Award nomination process is outlined below.

• Fill out the nomination form (pdf)

• Refer to the Rubric for Online Instruction (pdf)

• Instructional Design Tips for Online Instruction: It is suggested that this resource be used in conjunction with the ROI to evaluate courses.
• Course Accessibility Checklist It is suggested that this resource be used in conjunction with the ROI to evaluate courses.
• Instructional Technology Consultants are available guide course development in order to meet the rubric criteria. Faculty from Chico State are encouraged to contact TLP for more information, 530-898-6167.

The deadline for EOI Nomination is February 1, 2013.
