Driving directions to the Chico State Rugby field.

From Sacramento

Take Interstate 5 North to State Route 70
Take State Route 70 North to State Route 99
Take State Route 99 North to Chico
Get off Route 99 at the East First Avenue Exit
At the end of the exit ramp, turn left (west).
Continue to go west on 1st Avenue. This should take you through 4 traffic lights. The 3rd and 4th lights are Mangrove Avenue and Esplanade respectively. You will eventually reach a stop sign (Warner Street), which is about mile or so from Rt. 99.
Make a left onto Warner Street. Take Warner Street south for about 1/4 mile.
Make a right into the first parking lot on the right before legion street.

From Southern Oregon

Take Interstate 5 South to the State Route 36/99 exit at Red Bluff.
Head East on State Route 36 to Route 99, following the signs to Chico.
Take 99 South to Chico. As you reach the northern fringes of Chico, 99 will become a divided freeway.
Get off of 99 at the E. First Avenue exit. When you reach the end of the exit ramp, make a right onto First Avenue.
Continue to go west on 1st Avenue. This should take you through 3 traffic lights. The 2nd and 3rd lights are Mangrove Avenue and Esplanade respectively. You will eventually reach a stop sign (Warner Street), which is about mile or so from Rt 99.
Make a left onto Warner Street. Take Warner Street south for about 1/4 mile.
Make a right into the first parking lot on the right before legion street.

From the Bay Area/San Francisco

Take Interstate 80 East to Interstate 505 North at Vacaville
Take Interstate 505 North to Interstate 5
Take Interstate 5 North to the State Route 32 exit at Orland
Take State Route 32 East toward Hamilton City and Chico
State Route 32 will curve toward the south as you enter the City of Chico
Route 32 becomes "Nord Avenue" within the City of Chico
As you pass a Safeway supermarket on the left, prepare to make a left at the next intersection (West Sacramento Avenue).
Make a left onto West Sacramento Avenue. Continue on West Sacramento, crossing a set of railroad tracks until you reach the traffic light at the corner of West Sacramento and Warner Streets. Make a right onto Warner Street.
Take Warner Street south for about 1/4 mile.
Make a right into the first parking lot on the right before legion street.
