Many business people complain that high school students do not have the necessary technical skills and/or "soft" skills to be productive workers. One way to address this is to become an active part of a local high school SAGE advisory board. All high school SAGE teams are strongly encouraged to recruit a Business Advisory Board in their area to help the high school students complete their projects.
