Summer term adds/drops are processed via COP form signed by the instructor and then taken to the Student Records Office for processing. If you drop a class after the 2nd day and add another class, or remain enrolled in any other class, fees will not be reversed. You are financially responsible for any class(es) in which you are enrolled after the 2nd day of any session, PLUS any class(es) in which you subsequently enroll.
You must drop your courses BEFORE the first day of classes to receive a full refund. If you withdraw on or after the first day of class up to the 60% point of the semester, you will receive a pro-rata financial credit of registration fees and tuition. After the 60% point, no financial credit or refund will be issued. Fees will only be reversed or waived for classes dropped after that date if you are unable to continue a class because of University regulations or compulsory military service. Full financial credit will be given if a class is cancelled. All refunds are subject to a $5 administration fee in addition to any non-refundable portion of the registration fees and tuition.
