Important Dates for Fall 2009
Registration Fee Payment Deadline July 30, 2009
  • Pay fees or pay the difference between anticipated financial aid and registration fees for the number of units in which you intend to enroll.
  • If anticipated financial aid is sufficient to pay fees, no payment is required.
  • Billing statements will not be mailed.
  • Check your portal account summary to determine amount of fees due.
  • Failure to pay fees or have sufficient anticipated financial aid will result in a $25 late fee being assessed, the inability to add classes during the open registration period indicated below, and your classes dropped for non-payment of fees.
Registration Add/Drop Period August 3 - September 4, 2009
  • You must have paid your fees or have sufficient anticipated financial aid to add classes.
Financial Aid Applied to Student Account August 17, 2009
Refund Checks Mailed or EFT Effective August 20, 2009
Sale of Parking Permits August 19, 2009
  • University parking permits can be purchased on the first day at the BMU Auditorium from 8 a.m. until noon (subject to availability). After that, they can be purchased in the Cashiering Office, SSC 230 until they are sold out.
  • Payment by check is strongly preferred, but we also accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards; sorry, NO CASH.
  • No more than two permits can be purchased by one person at a time.
  • Please have your vehicle license plate information available at the time of purchase.
  • There is a limited amount of parking on campus and general parking permits may sell out on the first day they are placed on sale.
  • All decals are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Drop All Classes For Financial Credit August 23, 2009
  • Drop all classes by this date to receive full financial credit for registration fees (less a $5 administrative fee).
First Day of Classes August 24, 2009
Registration Adjustment Period Deadline September 4, 2009
  • Deadline to adjust unit load and receive financial credit.
Non-Resident Tuition Payment Deadline September 4, 2009
  • Pay non-resident tuition in full or complete a payment contract by this date.
Past Due Fee November 6, 2009
  • A $20 fee will be applied to all accounts with a past due balance.
