Important Dates for Spring 2013
Registration Fee Payment Deadline December 13, 2012
  • Pay fees or pay the difference between anticipated financial aid and registration fees for the number of units in which you intend to enroll.
  • If anticipated financial aid is sufficient to pay fees, no payment is required at this time.
  • Billing statements will not be mailed.
  • Check your portal account summary to determine amount of fees due.
  • Failure to pay fees or have sufficient anticipated financial aid will result in a $25 late fee being assessed, the inability to add classes during the open registration period indicated below, and your classes dropped for non-payment of fees.
Registration Add/Drop Period January 7 – February 8, 2013
  • You must have paid your fees or have sufficient anticipated financial aid to add classes.
Financial Aid Applied to Student Account January 22, 2013
Refund Checks Mailed or EFT Effective January 24, 2013
Sale of Parking Permits Refer to the parking decal and permit sales page of our website for complete purchase information and sales dates.
Drop All Classes For Financial Credit January 27, 2013
  • Drop all classes by this date to receive full financial credit for registration fees (less a $5 administrative fee).
First Day of Classes January 28, 2013
Registration Adjustment Period Deadline February 8, 2013
  • Deadline to adjust unit load and receive financial credit.
Non-Resident Tuition Payment Deadline February 8, 2013
  • Pay non-resident tuition in full or complete a payment contract by this date.
Past Due Fee April 4, 2013
  • A $20 fee will be applied to all accounts with a past due balance.
