Student employees of Student Health Services do not have access to your medical records. All students and employees are trained annually on the importance of sensitivity to the privacy issues of students visiting the Health Center; each student employee signs a Confidentiality Statement and Agreement.
Title IX of the Education Amendments
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 is the primary federal statutory guarantee of equal educational opportunity for pregnant and parenting students.
