Eligibility

ELIGIBILITY DURING ACADEMIC YEAR

1. Regularly enrolled students for current semester, either full-time or part-time.
2. ALCI (American Language & Culture Institute) students in current session. 
3. Graduate and Open Enrollment (6 unit minimum for Open Enrollment) students with proof Health Service fee has been paid before census date:  https://rce.csuchico.edu/openu/
4. Students currently enrolled at another CSU.
5. The 60+ Program students.
6. Visiting scholar – first-aid only.

ELIGIBILITY DURING INTERSESSION

1. Students enrolled during current intersession
2. Students enrolled in previous fall semester and impending spring semester.
3. ALCI (American Language & Culture Institute) students in current session.
4. Graduate and Open Enrollment (6 unit minimum for Open Enrollment) students with proof Health Service fee has been paid before census date; continuing from fall to impending spring semester.
5. Students currently enrolled at another CSU.
6. The 60+ Program students.
7. Visiting scholar – first-aid only.

ELIGIBILITY DURING SUMMER SESSION

1. Students enrolled during current summer session.
2. Students enrolled in previous spring semester and impending fall semester.
3. ALCI (American Language & Culture Institute) students in current session.
4. Graduate and Open Enrollment (6 unit minimum for Open Enrollment) students with proof Health Service fee has been paid before census date; continuing from spring to impending fall semester.
5. Students currently enrolled at another CSU.
6. The 60+ Program students.
7. Visiting scholar – first-aid only.
