Grievances

A grievance is a complaint arising out of any allegedly unauthorized or unjustified official act or decision by a member of the faculty, staff or administration, which in any way adversely affects the status, rights, or privileges of a student. Formal grievances are initiated only after informal attempts have been found unsatisfactory. A request for a formal hearing must be filed with Student Judicial Affairs no later than thirty (30) instructional days after the student has discovered or reasonably discovered the action.
