INTERVIEWERS INTERESTS

    It is important that you are aware of what the interviewer and the company they represent are looking for.  Prior to entering the interview, evaluate yourself and your abilities in relation to the job for which you are interviewing.  Tailor your resume, answers, and conversation to that particular company.  Below are additional points that you should take into consideration:

• Are you what they are looking for?
• Do your skills match the job?
• Is your resume, etc. focused?
• Do you meet the minimum requirements?
• Do you have good communication and presentation skills?
• Are you properly prepared for the interview?
• How do you stand out from the other applicants?
