Ms. Rebello has 40 years in education with experience in the following areas: elementary teacher, elementary site administrator, district office level consultant for long range planning, and team building. Twenty-four of those years were spent at the university as instructor, student teacher supervisor, presenter for school portfolios and data collection across the United States, field supervisor and consultant for beginning teacher support program, as well as consultant with the State Department of Education for under-performing schools. She holds an administrative, K-12 classroom and reading specialist credentials and has a masters in administration with specialization in reading as well as curriculum development. Fran is an inventor of classroom management tools that are sold worldwide, featured in a book about women inventors and also helped write a book on school portfolios.
