What you do in your spare time says a lot about your personality. Discuss in groups of three or four what are you most and least favorite pastimes and how that is reflectives of your personality. Discuss whether your friends or family members are similar or different in this respect. Discuss whether a girlfriend/boyfriend/spouse needs to enjoy similar pastimes.

Cada estudiante tiene $1.000 d�lares (+/- 198.000 pesetas) para comprar equipo, ropa y otras cosas necesarias para su deporte favorito. Activity 9: Simulation
En el centro comunitario
This activity takes place in your local community center. In this activity one third of the students will play employees and volunteers at your local community center. They will be signing people up for different sports, dance, art, and other classes. Before the day of the activity, have students brainstorm and make a list of classes/sports in which they might want to participate, choose at least ten, but no more than fifteen interesting activities. For homework have students make a list of vocabulary related to their favorite three activities from the list, and then share it with the class. The students who play the role of community center workers/volunteers should make a schedule for the activities that the class has selected and pass it out the day before the simulation. The night before the simulation, the students who will sign up for the activities should choose at least three that they would like to try, and should come up with a series of questions they want to ask about the date and time their activity begins, what equipment they need for it, etc. The workers should write a list of responses to possible questions by their classmates.On the day of the simulation, several stations should be set up where students can sign up, ask questions, pretend to pay for the activity, etc. Students should rotate to at least three stations for their activities.
