Regional Special Education Conference:
Celebrating 15 Years of Partnership
The Northeastern California Partnership in collaboration with the student chapter of the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) sponsored a conference October 23, 2004 that celebrated 15 years of partnership and recognized contributions of individuals throughout our vast, rural region.
Conference sessions focused on special education issues, best practices, school/community/parent partnerships, Federal and State Law updates, and pathways to special education credentialing. Featured speakers were:
