Q: My transcript has not yet been received.  What do I do?   

A: Online orders can be tracked using your order number and the email address provided in your order here.  

Mailed in orders can be reviewed by staff.  Send your inquiry to or call (530) 898-5142.

If, after 10 business days, the transcript has still not received by the recipient, please contact our office.
