Q: I made a mistake on my order.  What do I do? 

A: If changes are required for an order submitted to our office, please let us know the change as soon as possible via email at

  • For online orders, please provide your order number, your daytime phone number, and the requested change. 
  • For all other orders, please provide your name, the date of the order, the recipient information, and the requested change.
