Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility for TRiO Student Support Services is determined by federal regulations. To qualify, you must be a current student or intend to enroll at CSU, Chico and demonstrate a need for academic support. You also need to meet one of the following eligibilty criteria:
- Be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident.
- Be a first-generation college student.
- Meet low-income guidelines based on family size.
- Have a documented disability: To document your disability with the university please contact Disability Support Services.
The application deadlines below apply for the 2011-2012 school year:
Incoming Freshmen
Deadline: Monday, April 30, 2012 (postmarked accepted)
Please note: In order to be considered for the FOCUS summer program, you must take the EPT/ELM no later than the March 17, 2012 test and meet the Early Start Requirements
