To use the laser printers in any of the open access labs you need your WildcatCard, that is, your current student ID card. Black and white printing is available all the labs at a cost of $0.10 per page. Color printing is available in Meriam Library 116 and Bell Memorial Union 301 at a cost of $0.27 per page.

How to print using your WildcatCard

1. Add money to your card (your WildcatDollars account). See instructions below.
2. Click on print in the application you are using. This will send the document to the printer.
3. Go to the print station.
4. Locate your document using the Station ID of the computer you are using or the Document Name. For example, if you were on computer #3 your station ID would be MLIB116P03.
5. Highlight your document name. Verify that the number of pages and cost are what you expected.
6. Click on the Print button.
7. Swipe your WildcatCard through the card reader.
8. The cost of the print job will be deducted from your account and the balance will be displayed on the screen.
9. Pick up your print job from the printer.

How to add money to your WildcatDollars account

Money can be added to your card (your WildcatDollars account) using cash, check, or credit card:

1. Cash can be added using cash value terminals or at specific locations on campus. Value terminals take $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills. Coins cannot be used to add money to your card via the value terminals. Add cash to your card at:
   • Meriam Library first floor value terminal - in the computer lab
   • Meriam Library second floor value terminal - outside the Copy Center
   • AS.Bookstore cash registers
   • AS.Bookstore Customer Service counter
   • ID Card office, Yuba Hall
2. Checks are accepted at:
   • AS.Bookstore Customer Service counter
   • ID Card office, Yuba Hall
3. Credit cards can be used at:
   • AS.Bookstore Customer Service counter
   • Online (temporarily unavailable) at AS.Bookstore.com (24-hour delay)
