Vista After-Hours Support for Faculty - x3582Beginning in spring 2007, between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, Faculty can call x3582 to get help with problems they may be having accessing WebCT Vista, including questions about the Java plugin, web browser compatibility, pop-up blockers, and anti-virus software. Faculty should continue to call x6000 during business hours. Also, for questions about course setup or design, faculty should contact TLP at x6167. |
