STOP meets every Tuesday at 6:30p.m. in Butte room 325 on the Chico State campus for its weekly general meetings.

General meetings are open to ALL Members of the Community and Chico State students, students are not required to RSVP their attendance. We encourage everyone to attend.

Author of Runaway Girl, Carissa Phelps.

Carissa was trafficked in California as an adolescent and
is now CEO of a non-profit by the same name.

Trafficking Survivors Speak Out!

Slavery in your own area & victim services.

Shamere McKenzie and Keisha Head talk about being trafficked in college in
the US. Shamere is now CEO of a non-profit providing help to trafficking victims.


Friday --- March 6 6:30-9:30pm

Labor Trafficking on Your Plate and in Your Closet

Keynote speaker: Kelsey Timmerman

Author of Where Am I Wearing? and Where Am I Eating?

A journey through the Global Clothing and Food Economy. He is a regular speaker at universities across the country on subjects of labor trafficking, globalization, and social responsibility.
